ok from my understanding hardcoding means putting the subtitles into an AVI without being able to turn them on and off. If i am wrong please correct me. I need to know the simplest way to take an .srt file and hardcoding it to an AVI. Which in turn i need to burn the file play on a DVD player. I tried using program called AVISub but it messes up the video with like ghost trails. Ive also tried Avi2Dvd and keep getting error messages. So if anyone can help me without using that program i would appreciate it.
