Does anyone know of any programs that are free or cheap that allow you to cover up logos in videos. I have a home video I want to make commercial but my friend is wearing a shirt that says a companys name on it. I don't want to get sued, so I want to cover his shirt up or blur it out...I have nero and I dont think it's possible with this. Anyone have any suggestions??????
I know in windows movie maker, I just make a picture that covers up what I want and overlay it over that part of the video
