limewire or frostwire?

i know, i use bittorrent, but i was just wondering, should i use limewire or frostwire? which one does or does not have spyware and adware? cause i heard limewire 2.12.6 doesn't, but others do. is that true? and i also heard that frostwire doesn't. and its almost the same as limewire. then why did they make it? thanks

There have been many threads asking that exact or similar question.
There is the search bar near the top and underneath the tabs and links.

Frostwire I think seems to be favoured more, as people say it is spyware adware free, I have'nt a clue about limewire as I dont use the thing, I am happy with my BitTorrent.

i have been a longtime user of limewire and always liked it and never had a problem with it. Especially as far as adware or spyware is concerned. But its not the best. So far ares i have found was the best and it has just amazing speeds. Emule has more to offer but you have to have the patience of a saint. But any way you go i would recommend getting Ad-Aware..for the spy and ads..and AVG for virus detection. Also a good firewall like "zonealarm" helps alot too. Since i got it just a few days ago its stopped almost 24 thousand intrusions...and its free...woot!! LOl!!
