Which audio file format has the best quality to size aspects? I have a lot of wma. files, but they tend not to work propor or at all on my friends mac s. So which audio file format is the all around best for size, quality, and can be used on pc and mac? Thanks

This is like asking which car is the best. I think you will find that mp3 is the most used format.

what you have to be aware of and this goes for all file formats is that sound quality is always going to be a trade off to file size.
What works for you interms of quality vs the file size you are going to be lumped with, is the real ratio you should be concerned with.
