any problems or hazards using a Pentium 4 2.4B 533MHZ FSB "Northwood" CPU on a 400MHZ FSB Motherboard?

right now, it underclocks the FSB for the CPU to 400MHZ and instead of running at 2.4GHZ it runs at 1.83GHZ.
