fix dead pixel?

hey i stepped on my ipod and now tehres a huge dead black pixel, it lioke covers 75% of the ipod screen, is there anyways i can fix the dead pixel?

u can buy a screen off ebay
its not a dead pixel, a dead pixel would b ur whole screen perfect and 1 lil tiny dot that doesnt work

 

hey thx, i will buy a lcd screen from ebay, i didnt even know they were so cheapp like 20 bucks only, but ya are there any tuts on how to install a new lcd screen into my ipod nano 2gb
