i have win 98plus on my pentium II 450 system. I have a samsung dvd/cdr/rw combo drive SM352B. I installed a dvdidle pro 2.18 and enabled the DMA. I tried to play a dvd with the powerdvd version 4 on my system,there was video, but no audio(sound). When I uninstalled the dvdidle pro, and tried to play a dvd, I got a message "error code 89030000. unknown format", and when I tried to play an audio CD, i got the message "cant convert CD-ROM drive letter to ASPI information. digital reading impossible"(with nero media player installed). I also have windows media player version 7.00.When I reinstalled the dvdidle pro, I could now play audio cd's, but there still was no audio when playing dvd's. can you help please.
