Hi, im johns daughter Lorna. My own computer up stairs keeps freezes. everything stops even the mouse and i have to restart i all the time my dad thinks its a slow processer. Any ideas ? thanks in advance Lorna.
it could be many things, from overheating to spyware to dying parts. first, let's have some specs. the compie's age, processor & parts, etc. what operating system? any major system changes lately? what are you doing right before it freezes up?
