I just recently heard of this program that let you watch cable programming on the net. I was just wondering is it legal or not.

nah i just had a look at the website. "Consumers will be able to watch free live channels from around the globe as well as subscribe to pay channels and pay-per-view events" the free channels are those that are free-to-air channels. Its legal.
