Ok im on dial up since i cant get dsl in the boonies so i have a extra phone line. Well Today i try to get on and it dial and says the number is bad or somthn but if i call it on my normal phone line it has the dial up static and im able to sign on with that line. But with my 2nd line it just wont connect to the number! Ive been using both my pcs on both lines with 1 peoplepc account and its been working. But could people pc of blocked my 2nd lines phone number? if so im screwed because all the ISP's in this ares use the same dial up number. Can anyone help this is crazy. Im using my isp and not sharing it with anyone so whats the problem!?
none of us work for people PC you need to call your ISP, talk to customer Service and figure out what the problem is.
thanks for the reply but i got it working it was my crappy phone company cant even keep the lines working for dial up to even work. NEVER MOVE to kentucky!
