Xbox restarting when booting up..... PLEASE HELP!

    Recently i posted a thread about error 21 and some nice helpful guys
    told me to hotswap.
    Well yes it worked perfectly and put in a brand new evox to partition 3.

    Now when i boot the box it just restarts and restarts... And the xbox logo is in black and white, if it couldd be to any help.
    Anybody have an idea what could be wrong??

    i have no clue....never heard of this happening...what happens if you boot it with a game?

    it just locks at the the big x and the xecuter2 text beneath.

    I dont know what to do... Tried alot of autoinstallers and booting disks, without any success.

    Could it be some ntsc - pal thing? If so where on the harddrive can i change it?
    Or could it be that i dont have a MS Dash on C:?

    yes i have xecuter2 installed... its been working for like 2 years.

    like ridges said if u have a chip u dont need to swap....

    well i cant ftp to the box either.. that why i did the hotswap...

    if you have a chip then even with error 21 the xbox should still boot the AID disc...as long as you have the game in the xbox when u turn the system on...
