The Ilo website to download updates for this machine is unavailable (iloservice.com). Does anyone know where I can go to download the latest updates? Thank you any help you can give PS: After all the problems I've had, and I see so many others have had as well, with DVD recorders, I have gone back to the old workhorse...the VCR. These machines will work great for a period of time then just start acting up and frustrate the hell out of you. I do buy the low end machines ($100) and maybe this has something to do with it, but nonetheless, I have had no problems with everyday recoding on the old standby VCR.
