Hi, Rebecca. The discs you are using appear to be the problem. Optidiscs, from the looks of it. First and foremost in DVD and CD burning is to use good media. See my sig, below, on that - this comes up so often I just got lazy and explained things in my sig. Bad media is almost always the problem. Second, you version of Nero is ancient. The only stable, modern version of Nero 6 is 6.6.0.18. Write down your Nero serial number, then uninstall your Nero and use the Nero 6 CleanTool. Then download and install 6.6.0.18 and enter your serial in. MAKE SURE ***NOT*** TO INSTALL INCD!!! You may have to do a "custom" installation to be able to disable INCD from installing. However, I don't think it's the cause of your troubles. But you may need to upgrade the firmware if all else fails. Try the other stuff first though. Good luck!
