guys...i own a sansa e250 mp3 player..and it just went numb.. it wont turn on...it doesnt even get detected when i connect it to the pc ... i dont know wat to do...pls help...!!
I have the same player, maybe I can help out. So you just went to turn it on and it won't do anything... that is weird. When you plug it in the USB port, does it turn on at all? I know at times when mine is turned off and I plug it in, it will turn on and go to the main menu instead of showing the 'Connected' message. My stepdad and I have the same one and he plugged his in the USB port without me installing the software first, and I had a few problems in the start because of that. Though my only problem was trying to get it detected in Windows, and a few times the music wouldn't transfer, but he plugged his in to charge it up, of course.
