PC Booting problem

    Ok, this is the simplest version of the problem.

    The PC can boot up from the boot up drive on sata only when I use the manual boot up option. Which is basically the F8 function on the asus bios mb. When I the PC starts normally, It says something like this "reboot and insert boot disk or something like that. It is pretty rampart on google.

    any help would be appreciated

    go to bios and check if the boot sequence is 1st-floppy 2nd-cdrom 3rd-hdd

    Thank for your help,

    I think it did have something to do with the boot sequence. But I think this order actually worked quite well.
