Good Ext. HD with auto on and off

    I want to be able to just put on headphones and listen to some songs without having to turn on the switch and turn off the switch when I'm done. Do you guys know of any good ext. hard drives that have the auto power on and power off feature? I'm looking for something around 250-300 gb of space. Thanks guys!
