Need help burning subtitles

    Can anyone please tell me how to burn an AVI to DVD with the subtitles in it. What program should I use? Should it be .SUB, .SRT., or .IDX? I know the file names have to be the same, but I can't get any of the programs I have to burn the subs. I have ConvertXtoDVD, Nero, WinAVI, TMPGEnc, and DVD Shrink. They will work in Media Player, but not when I burn them. PLEASE HELP!!!
