Need Help With Motorola Phone Tools

    I have a Motorola W315 and Motoroal Phone Tools 4.0. Everything is working but the multimedia tools button is their a way to fix this?

    Oh i have a motorola w315 phone. i have downloaded motorola phone tools 4 and live update all the way up. when i plug in the phone it recognizes it but the multimedia tool button is grayed out and i cant use it. is their anyway i can fix this?
