my uncle want to trade me for my older pc since he doesnt have a use for a pc made for games. and its a HP a1510n http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/prodd...GFS10077640&catid=20217&PCName=&test_cookie=1 but for some reason when i goto control panel and goto System it says its a 946 Mhz AMD Athlon 64 3800+ and after a bit itls show 1.8 GHz It suppose to be a 2.4ghz cpu. This is a month old pc he just got it. It has a intergrated GPU geforce 6150 LE gpu. I know a bit about pcs and i know the intergrated card is suppose to take away from the RAM no the cpu o_O not that much anyway. does anyone know whats going on and is this normal?

For some reason i was looking in the web and found someone with the same CPU problem and apparently if you have the energy star power mode on it messes with the stats it shows i turned it to always on and it went to 2.41ghz i guess it was just a conflict in the showing?
