I am having a problem with the new version of dvd fab, does anybdy know where i can get (dvdfab decrypter version 2.9.8.3) im looking everywhere and i cant find it. please if anybody can tell me where to download it i would appreciat it.

Rather than going backwards, why don't you try the "newer" versions of Fab. The newest version released today is up to version 3.0.3.0 and you're well back from there by many updates. i also have been having trouble with any versions newer than 2.9.8.3
i have had some rips that only have the directors commentary. some rips that end up with errors in VobBlanker and some that it won't rip at all.
i got american haunting today and version 3.0.3.0 wouldn't veen rip it! but i fired up good 'ol version 2.9.8.3 and no problems at all.
i don't know what's up with fengtao but i hope the problems get straightened out soon. for some reason i told myself when dvdfab switched it's ui after ver. 2.9.8.3 that i should keep it and i'm glad that i did. every version that i have updated to after 2.9.8.3 have all had problems.
as for knowing where to get version 2.9.8.3 , i'm sorry, i do not know where you can find it. hopefully fengtao will fix the problems soon.

There is another forum that deals with Fab Decrypter only. There are many questions and answers regarding various versions of the program and they are sometimes answered by the program builder himself.

Scroll down to "COPY DVD MOVIES" and look under the sub-forum for FabDecrypter, hopefully some questions might be answered or you can see if many more are experiencing the same problems as you. Personally I have had one problem when they changed the UI for the 3x versions. Fengtao e-mailed me with a fix and it's been full steam ahead since. Good Luck!
