hi. i have read the section here on how to burn the games, and on other sites, and this is what i did(i made 6 burns):

i got my game, which i have a legal copy of, by downloading it, and it was in a .gcm format. i then changed it to .iso, and tried to burn it using nero 7 premium, using TDK discs, which have one of the best media ID's, when cheked with media ID checker.

i burned the iso at 4x speed(one finalised one not) then 8x(one finalised one not) and then 16x(one finalised one not).

but none of them worked. i have a chipped gamecube, and it works with other backups, which i bought(of the games that i own). but these do not. can anyone help?

Try using ImgBurn instead. About a year ago, when Nero 7 was first released, many people reported problems with it concerning GameCube image files.

Or, you can just use Nero 6 Burning Rom instead. Also, always burn at 4x and finalize the disc.

Perhaps it is the media you use...on my GC only one brand works.

Did his copy work on your GameCube?

Also, how you create the image file? I've successfully used Nero 7 to copy GC back-ups in the past, so I know it works.

Hi, ur process was fine, the only thing are u left, and no ones here r told u is, it patch with another gamecube iso game extract only the apploader and insert in ur new image, easy ;)

    1) Extract the Iso with the Software Of Ur Preference
    2) Use Gamecube Server
    3) Open Any Gamecube Iso Image
    4) Use GC-Tool Open anygame.gcm Extact the AppLoader
    5) Close anygame.gmc
    6) Open Fifa07.gmc
    7) Remplace Apploader with the Fifa06 Apploader
    8) Close Fifa07.gmc
    9) Burn , And GO ... :D

Remember not all the games can boot itself, u need add a good Apploader to Boot

    Greetings

I make 8 disks to trash but finally boot it ;)

All games are self-boot as long as they're backed up properly... This isn't Dreamcast.

I don't know what to tell you Ream. Perhaps cleaning your burner's lens and updating the firmware may help.
