Hi there, I'm wondering if somebody could perhaps help me out... I'm trying to backup one of my original dvd's. (2002 movie) The reason I want to backup is because of disc scratches. The original dvd is not badly scratched (does not jump on dvd player or in pc) but there are a few. I tried with Nero but it gave me a copy protect error. I then tried to back it up to my hard drive using DVD FAB Decryptor (latest release) and it keeps crashing when I open the program. It gives me an error message and asks whether I would like to email the error message. I have tried a few other of my original dvd's (new and old - some scratched) and it rips them fine! I have no problem on the scratched dvd's using DVD FAB Decryptor. Could there be another issue? protection? Or is it def the scratches ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
