Here's one of my latest scanned, from "MONSTER HOUSE". Yeah, it's not Taiyo Yuden this time (sad), but according the Nero CD-DVD Speed, these SONY D21 (16X DVD+R) ain't too bad afterall. However, I still prefer the YUDEN000T02 (8X DVD+R).

ive noticed the lower amount of pi failures increases the overall score.can someone explain what causes more PI failures and how or what needs to be done to reduce these?

nice scan pazzini what did you use to burn with?

I get great scores with the +R media but the -Rs are lower.... much lower..... this is a recent one:

seems that every since I updated my firmware I can't get a high score for the TYG03s! I bought 2 50 spindles of the TYG03s and 2 50 spindles on the YUDEN000T2s..... I'll stick with the +R media from now on since my drive loves them!

Yeah I tried it Cincy and when I use that my line looks like yours above. Looks like when Nero said the jitter will now support some of the newer LiteOn models this on wasn't on the list.
Here's a scan showing it - TYG02 burned at 8x.

@binkie7

Yes, the disc plays. I havent watched it myself, but my nephew did. He said towards the end of the movie it looked "cloudy" in his words.

EDIT**
Heres another, but this is how Verbs usually look for me...

Maybe it was just a bad disc?

We'll let you slide for now :0) (since you do a great job in the Nero forum can't get too heavy on ya!)

@pahick
Just looking at the 1st scan would look like the disc won't play at all. Show how reliable they really are :)
Love Tombstone - watched that one quite a few times!

@IHoe
The # is front has something to do w/ the port & position the drive in connected on I think. Here's the same disc scanned on 2 diff drives. The #'s in mine show the LiteOn on Port 1 as master and the Pioneer on Port 1 as slave.

ok..... I'm confused now Binkie! Before I updated my firmware for my BenQ drive the #s were 3:5, after the firmware update and scans for October the #s were 3:3 and now todays scan is 3:4! Just to let you know that my BenQ is an external....... how come the change in #s?
