    Any suggestions on what is a good piece of software for encoding 3gp movies. I have tried almost everything out there and I keep getting jittery audio or video, or when I do get it to play I have poor video quality. Perhaps there is some optimal 3gp settings someone can suggest for encoding.

    any help appreciated
