Have a few problems related to playing and burning XVID files. The video moves slower than the audio and never matches up. Is there a way to resolve this on the file end or on the burning end? Thanks in advance.
Did you rip the movie from a dvd? If so, during the rip, the video framerate didnt match the audio "frame"-rate (i.e., AV-desynch). Try re-ripping it. If all you have is the AVI file, I think you can just use VDub to either do an audio stretch or something like that.
Well if you mean this is a problem with the source file then I think your problem lies with what other programs you have running in the background, like I know for one example that having Bit Torrent running and playing xvid is a bad idea and causes the video stream to lag in parts!
however, if closing all the programs in the back doesn't work then install the G300 decoder filter solve the problem unless it was ripped by you like that then u would need virtualDub
Im having the same problem with my xvid movies. Mine started after installing XP and now my audio doesnt match with the video. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
