no power on my pc

    when i switched my pc on the buton on the front just gives a quick flash then goes of.i have taken the case off and when i press the switch it doesnt stay in after ive done it.any help etc will be appreciated.thanks

    disconnect all drive cables, both data & power. check the can shaped objects on the motherboard which are capacitors that they are flat topped & not domed
