I refomatted my dell the other day(its a inspirion 5100 incase u didnt see the title =p) it went fine, but when i tryed to install the drivers for it, none of the dells support drivers seemed to work i put in my service tag #, but that didnt help =( is there any other way to get the correct drivers for my computer or atleast find out what the device names are so i can mannualy download it?
did you load windows after formatting the hd? what version of windows & what is the asset # so can see on dell site what drivers you need??
the os is xp pro, and by asset tag i assume u mean service tag? thats 5vbb041, thx in advance for the help!
