good tv card for console games?

    I remember a while ago I got a ATI tv tuner card, and there was a second delay between me pressing something on the controller to it happening on the screen. Any one recommend a good card, or a good converter for the red yellow and white cord.

    you could try a grphics card with vivo.

    my 7900 has a S-video slot, but the thing that came with it is for connecting to a hdtv. I wanna be able to connect my console to my pc.
