HP laptop - how to completely erase hardrive

    i have a HP laptop and i was wondering how to completly erase everything on the hardrive, it has a SATA drive, i want to install windows again also

    that doesnt matter ddp,hp systems have a built in user partition where by when booting up you just press f10 continuosly and then u should get a black hp logo then just follow on screen from there.ive done this a few times on my hp machine and never had a problem.
