but I want to burn aroun 147 songs,9.3 hours, 600mb to a cd, but It says that not all my songs are in mp3 format and that it can only burn the mp3's, so heres the question,

Is there a quick easy painfree way to convert a whole playlist to mp3?

well thats one of the first things I did, but I dont think Itunes has a feature to convert parts of a library that arent mp3 over too mp3.

If you set itunes to import songs into your library as mp3( edit - preferences - advanced tab - importing tab )and then import your songs it would convert your songs in mp3.
