Sony Handicam problem

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my Sony Digital Handycam dcr-pc8e mini dv. I can record to it seemingly without a problem however when I play it back I get intermittent sound and a blocky (not sure of the terminology)picture.

    Any ideas what is causing this?

    Could be a dirty head. Use a cleaning cassette.
