How do I do a 2-pass with Divx 5.02 in FlaskMpeg?

I am looking for an alternate way to make an avi. I want to use FlaskMpeg to do it, but I am unsure how to do so with the 2-pass feature on the 5.02 codec. Has anyone tried this? I am hoping that this will give me a more accurate file size. I don't understand how to bring the DVD to 23.97 fps in the original forum.

In my experience FlaskMpeg is fine with two pass but unfortunatly takes just as long to do to first pass as to do second! Whole process takes me around 7 hours on an Athlon XP 2000 (2 hour film).

Just do as single pass but choose first pass and go. Then when complete do the same again but choose second pass and then say yes when it asks to overwrite existing avi file. This does give an accurate size (for burning onto CD etc.).
