hey im wondering if someone can help me with a computer problem i seem to have. everytime i add some new hardware, some other hardware(harddrive?) on my computer stops working. I only have two harddrives and one stops working. i added a firwire port. TIA
reseat all power & data cables just in case been knocked loose when installing firewire card. does the bios sees both hds? any exclamation marks in device manager?
in the bios only one hardrive, unless i remove the firewire port. when i remove thhe F/W port it shows to hard drives. i does the same thing with other thing too.like External dvd drives
