hye there.... i hv this problem... a few days ago..my laptop was infected with a trojan.... well...i've cleansed it by deleting some of the files... the trojan makes my file option....meaning...tools > file option...is missing... when the trojan is gone...i still cant view...my file option... so u hv any idea??? please....thanks...

sounds like either you have changed your settings so that you cant veiw the file option or you havent deleted the trojan in the first place. How did you try to fix this problem in the first place, useing what sort of scanners?
sorry rav009... well here i'll try to make it clear.... before this my computer is infected by a trojan.... it makes my folder option...in the windows menu dissapear...(is it clear now?) so is there any way tht i can restore back my folder option?
