So, apparently I have a coma console. Basically, I turn it on, lights turn on, nothing happens. Basically here is the site describing it, and what I did to fix it: http://www.llamma.com/xbox/Repairs/ComaConsole.htm I tried both soldering points, with no joy. I have a version 1 console. I can verify that the video cable is still good, the psu is fine, and all else is A-OK. My question is this: would a modchip fix this? as in, if i got a modchip, would i be able to use my xbox again?
