I've copied MP3 music files from my laptop to a DVD+RW disc (using Nero 7). Playback is fine on my laptop but when I load the disc into my Mirror DVD player (MIRR110) the screen says "Disc Loading" but then says "No Disc" and so won't play. The MIRR110 is supposed to play DVD+RW discs. Has anyone experienced this problem and found an answer? Help please. Many thanx. Georgie
well it might say that it playes dvd+rw disks but the format is another thing , what you most likley did was put the music on the dvd as data, and the player can't read that as music, you might go to dvdhelp.com and type in your model number of your dvd player and it will tell you what types of files that your dvd player will or willnot play, i'll bet you if you burnt a cd with the mp3 music files on it the dvd player will play it, hope that helps good luck happy burning have a nice day
Many thanks. Nothing on www.dvdhelp.com, but found info on www.videohelp.com. Under disc type it quotes DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R and DVD+RW. Under audio formats it quotes MP3 and DVD-MP3. This seems to imply that it should play MP3 files burned to DVD+RW, but the screen still says "Disc Loading" followed by "No Disc". MP3 files burned to CD-R/RW play ok. Any more ideas? Thank you.
