Xbox Hardrive Help

Ok I posted a thread last night and did what I was told but that didnt work v_v , Long story short . . I softmodded my xbox, everything went ok I was done. I was careless or more like dumb and fortmatted all my drives in settings provided in UnleashX. I turned off my xbox & when I turned it back on it on it started like it would normaly start with the Xbox logo comming up then microsoft right under it. Thats as far as it goes it does not continue loading afterwards < - Because I formatted everything. If I place a game inside then restart the xbox the games are playable. I downloaded AID 3.0 and burned it but it doesnt load in the xbox. I dont know if there's any other soltions to fixing the Xbox hardrive <- If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.
I DID read up on how to install a NEW hardrive into the xbox : And im told to backup all the Drives onto the PC, from FTP with the Xbox , etc,ect. I cant do that though, I can't get access those files.
Now my question is. Is there Anyone OR Anywhere I can get the complete backup of the Xboxhardrive? then install that onto a new hardrive and have everything peachy agian.

Please help me >_< I got my xbox like a few days ago from a friend I dont want to already tell him I destoyed it.

I didnt know how to delete the thread but I fixed everything with the Hotswap thingy im happy as hell now
