I have backed up my Xbox games onto an external hard drive. I have the actual games files straight from my xbox, as well as an ISO file for each game. I want to load these games onto my other xbox, but I have no way to burn a dvd. If I ftp the files into my games folder, the xbox does not see it when I reboot. I have an executer 3 box.

Ok your gonna need Quix for your pc and Avalaunch for your xbox, both of these programs work well together and quix will convert games prior to FTP ing over to your xbox so they will work straight off.

if you have a mod chip i do not see why they would not work unless you are FTP'ing the ISO file instead of the actual game files.
You should just be able to FTP the whole folder with all the game files into your games folder on the Xbox.
do you have any current games on the hard drive that do show and do work? If so then the path in the dashboard file that points to where the games are from the link on your dashboad is correct.
Also make sure you are putting them in the correct folder as there may be a game folder on the C: partition, and also on another partition as well.

I set mine up to use the F: partition as my main one so all my games are on F:

If you are using evox, make sure you evox.ini is pointing to the right drive/directory for your games, otherwise it will not "see" them. If you really FTP'ed them to your xbox, they're there. You can double check this by using box explorer or some other file manager to see them. You can then launch them by going into the specific game directory and launch the default.xbe file, but you really need to change your dashboard's search path to make it more convenient.
