5.1 dolby digital codec

    hi all

    basically i want to change my stero sound mp3 to Surrond sound 5.1 and play it on a standalone player

    i have dvds or cds so i dont mind really.. its just really annoyin me and i cant get it done

    i went to convert a mp3 and it said it did it but when i open the AC3 file in waveedior. it only shows 2 channels.....


    can anyone help me?
