Product : AnyDVD > Version : 6.0.8.2 > OS : Windows XP Home > Drive(s): NEC ND-3450A HH 16X DVD+/-RW, driver version 5.1.2535.0/ LiteOn > JLMS XJ-HD166 HH 16X DVD ,driver version 5.1.2535.0, reqion 1 I had trial version and no problems, after purchasing both Clonedvd and AnyDvd I Backed up one DVD and now dvdrom drive does not read any discs and Writer only works 1/4 of the time. AnyDvd sees both drives and rip whatever disc you put in either drive but nothing will read these 2 drives even Clone. PLZ HELP
[bold]reelfowl[/bold] I would make sure you don't have "Autostart" enabled. If not,try uninstall & re-install AnyDVD.You have they "key" Slysoft emailed you. So this won't be a problem. If this does not work, I would definitely email Slysoft. They offer excellent tech support to their customers. I have had AnyDVD & CloneDVD 2, purchased keys from Slysoft for a couple years. Never, ever had any trouble. Period.
reelfowl, you did buy them both directly from Slysoft right? if you answered yes, then do a clean re-install. youre reg key is in your e-mail. if that does'nt work try a firmware update on ur drive/s. if you answered NO.....sorry, nobody on this site can help you.
that says it all narcismo! it's a legit software purchase! AnyDVD has updated twice since your version of 6082 was out..... update to 6088 and read about it here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/426357 fixed bugs!
