rar with crc error, help

    I got a 1.7gig rar file, not separate files just one big file. after extracting 12% a message came up saying this file has crc error.
    is there any way to fix this. please help

    you might try to repair the file with winrar

    I think I already tryed that and it didn't work, is the any other way,and which version of win rar did you use.
