The audio for my comuter is not working. I can't listen to music or watch videos.?

    The volume is not on mute. I went to control panel/sound/hardware and everything is said to be working properly. I tried restoring my comp. to an earlier time but that did not help. I have 2 sets of speakers and none of them work so it definately with my computer. Please someone Help Me! :(

    uninstall the sound card in device manager & restart windows so can find it & load software

    Yeah that should work unless the driver is not on your comp.
