I've got a modified xbox that, until my kids got a hold of it today, booted fine. The startup screen (dashboard?) displayed an option for Phoenix, where all the games and software was stored. Now, all the shows up is the default MS screen and XboX live is in place of the phoenix menu.

I've been scouring the internet to find a way to boot back into the other bios (at least that is what i think I need to do) but haven't found anything that works. I'm currently downloading AID 3.0 on the recommendation of another thread, but thought I would ask if there is another way as well?

    Any help will be appreciated.

Try booting it by holding the power button (little one) for three seconds!?

Actually you will want to press both the power/eject button at the same time, so that you can get to the BIOS screen used for Flashing your system. If you want to get to the BIOS screen for the chip, what I do is press and hold L,R,START,SELECT and then the system resets, right after I press and hold the white button, and it loads to the Chip BIOS screen. Try that and see if it works.
