PLEASE HELP!!!!!! XBOX hardware mod, executor chip, messed up bios.

Hi, very sorry to have to use caps and everything like a complete idiot, but i am at my wits end. I am at uni so i am away from all of my tools and even a decent computer ( i have my laptop and its crap)

anyway, whilst trying to put cromwell onto my other memory bank on my chip i managed to wipe the bios i was using and consequently i am unable to access ANYTHING. I cant even ftp to my xbox. When i press the on button it takes a while and then just goes to grey.

All i have gathered from this is that i need to buy a new chip and install it.

Please tell me this isnt the case.

I was using an EVOx dash with XBMC over the top.

which executor chip do you have? you should be able to hold the white button and boot to live and reinstall the bios. when installing a new one make sure you have the correct dip switch setting for the size and banks you are installing into.

i have an execurto 2.6, its red so i know its not lite.
i have tried holding the white button down but to no avail. also my chip doesnt support external flashing. i think im gonna have to buy a programmer.

 

that was meant to say 'executer 2.6'

 

i'd suggest getting the Xecuter 3 CE instead of the flasher.
