hi. i have windows vista ultimate RC1. build 5600. my graphics card is an nVidia Geforce2 MX 100/200, with 64MB. vista runs fine, except the transparent windows dont work, and when i luanch movie maker, it says the my card doesnt have the proper accleration or i dont have the right drivers. so, i downloaded the driver for vista on the official nVidia site, and when i run it, it says that im not running vista, when i am!

    whats wrong??

Vista isn't released yet. Stuff doesn't work. Before installing I was given the option to test for programs and drivers that weren't compatible with Vista... If given the oppurtunity with another computer you should too, maybe? idk. My advice is to stick in there until you buy a retail copy of Vista which should have gotten the kinks out, or check for updates... Good luck.

I'm surprised that a graphics card that old will run with Vista: Vista's hardware requirements are very demanding.
