I used CloneDVDMobile to copy a purchased DVD to my Creative Vision:M but I keep getting errors when I try to add the file to my player. Anyone have any tips? I've already used the guides.

Dumb question but did you select the setting for Creative Zen? Seemed to work for me.

Nevermind, I figured it out. Creative's Media Explorer was reporting the error for some reason, but if I just open up the ZEN and drag and drop the file, it goes in and works fine.

One thing I did notice today is that I loaded a movie and got an error that said "Audio format is not supported." Right thereafter, the video screen went blank, but the player was still running. The off button wouldn't function and the only way to get it working again was to use the reset button. That sucks, but how do I find out what video format it was that made it crash?
