A few months ago I bought a 20 LCD TV which also acts as a monitor for my gaming PC. Problem is that the max resolution is 800x600 so, not only am I restricted to the games I can play but the PS2 and X-Box look terrible. TV is not an issue but I need a good quality monitor which I can plug a PS2/X-box into (I have around £250 to spend) Any ideas people? Cheers Skinny
I have been looking for a LCD monitor to replace the 50 pound gorilla on my desk. Been leaning towards a ViewSonic VX 922 (19 inch). It has a 2ms response time which would be good for gaming. Optimum resolution is 1280x1024. I don't know anything about PS2 or X-Box, but this monitor has both DVI and VGA cables. It seems to run about $269.99 online with free shipping in the US. Don't know about shipping to other places. Check it out at Mac Mall or Newegg or ... somewhere else.
