Are there any emulators for the ps1

    I have seen the thread for the ps2 games I was asking if there was anything available for ps1 system???? That I load up on my ps1 and play at all.... I have been looking all over I haven't been able to find anything can someone help and tell me how or direct on how I have to burn the cdr to make it work on my ps1???

    u need a boot disk or mod chip ;)

    i have a boot disc, I want to know what emulators actually work for the ps1 and how I load them up anyone help please???

    Well, there are EMULATORS for PS1, i know alot about these, but what you sound like your asking for is to make copies of a PS1 game.

    So try this:

    Download CD-R Win www.goldenhawktechnology.com
    Make a .Cue .Bin image with that program
    Use the same program to burn to a blank CD-R (try not to use -RWs)
    and then boot it on your PS1.

    Making a working image file for all ps1 emulators..

    Alcohol 120%..
    Make ccd image (ccd and .img)

    tick box "read subchannel data
    tick box "compatability playstation"

    go
    let it run and make coffee

    Discard .ccd file and load .img into emulator (or burn a heap of them on a data dvd)

    That's the only way I found to be reliable, and to get the music etc.

    (please note..not all games work anyway.. railroad tycoon for one..small soldiers works but the sound is messed up)
