Can Nero edit ID3 tags within Mp3s?

    I'm trying to load some Mp3s into my digital music player and I do not want the hard-coded tag that is imbedded into the Mp3. With Nero, can I change this to whatever tag I want?

    You could just add all the files to Windows Media Player Now Playing list, select all the files, right-click, select Advanced Tag Editor, and clear out all the ID tag fields.

    for some weird reason it will save the new tag info when i search for it in my mp3 player, but not on the right side (sync) window of WMP...
