ok, check it. i installed AoE 3 on my harddrive. i did the same with the expansion. well my drive switched from E to F, so needless to say, they started freakin out on me. so i just formated my harddrive, and then went to windows add/remove programs. i removed AoE 3 ok, but it says i can't remove the expansion because certain files are not found. and i can't re-install it because my computer recognizes it is somewhere, on the E drive that is now the F. but remember, the hard drive was formatted so there is no expansion anywhere. how do i get my computer to stop recognizing this so i can re-install it on the F drive?
